Ninety-Five

Day 95.

Little ones, big ones, mediocre, exceptional, random, or planned ones; every day is an appropriate day for it. Wear something daring, confess your love, apply for a new job, introduce yourself to a stranger, say “no”, or say “yes”. On boring days step out, on busy days find time for it, and on lazy days let it be your motivation. Nothing worth fighting for happens without it. At an early age it makes us thrive, but somewhere along the way we realize life is safer without it. Through life it can become your greatest and most repeated regret. Many will die without ever embracing it. Without it we would be lonely, drab, and predictable. Without it we would be only a small fraction of the people we were created to be. We would love half-heartedly and breed an atmosphere of fear. It is because of risk we chase dreams and follow our heart. Every day take a risk.
